What is in the Help Center?

Our public help centers are for both Property Managers and Residents. Both sections have our most Frequently Asked Questions and is often changing to keep the most updated content stored. A lot of your answers on where to find information in ClickPay can be found here.

Where is the Help Center located?

Once you login to your ClickPay account, you can access the Help Center which is located on the bottom right of your page. You may also access the Help Center at http://www.clickpay.com/help. See the below figure for more details.
