We do have a broader vision than just payments though. Our purpose is to facilitate transactionsandinteractions through every stage of the resident lifecycle including leasing applications, electronic leasing, security deposits, payments, property notifications such as package tracking, documents etc. Our vision statement addresses specifically that we recognize we have two customers - residents and property managers. Both need to be treated as customers and we need to make them both happy.
