Accordingly, going forward, any file upload that you need to send to ClickPay should be categorized through our support portal at www.clickpay.com/requests or merely click on "I am a Property Manager" on www.clickpay.com and click the "Submit a ticket" button. Categorizing your File Upload is as easy as choosing the appropriate category below:
- Rent Roll / Stop File / Bills File Upload
- Print Bills File Upload - file that is used to create the bills that are either printed/mailed or email
