How do I Block a Unit from making a payment?

Step 1: Go to Property Management

Sign into your account at www.clickpay.com/management

Select Property Management under the "management" tab

Step 2: Search the unit information in our system

Enter the street number along with the apartment number into the search criteria

Step 3: Edit the unit information

Click on the pencil mark which is identified in red

Step 4: Block the unit and put a customized message for the resident (optional)
