Scanner Requirements Follow
ClickPay recommends and can support the following scanners:
- Canon CR-50
- Canon CR-80
- Canon CR-120
- Canon CR-150
- Canon CR-190i
- Epson CaptureOne TM-S1000*
* Does not support the splitting of a single check to multiple tenant/resident accounts.
- Panini Vision X
- TellerScan TS230
- TellerScan TS240
ClickPay cannot guarantee full support and compatibility for other brands/models.
Operating System:
Windows version 7, 8.1, or 10 Professional only.
Please note MAC OS is NOT compatible.
Windows updates must be up to date.
- 32 or 64 bit
- Latest version of .NET Framework
Web Browser:
Internet Explorer - Must be the most recent update that the Operating System allows. (version 10 or 11).
OR
Microsoft Edge
Alternate browsers are not supported at this time. (Chrome, Firefox, etc…)
Helpful Tips:
While the scanner can be moved to another workstation, we recommend using a designated PC for ClickPay.
You may have trouble initializing the scanner if you scan into other financial institutions from the same computer.
You will need Admin rights during the installation, depending on your network's permissions settings.
