Scanner Installation Guide Follow
Make sure to disconnect the scanner from the computer before getting started.
Step 1: Log in to your account using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.
Please note other web browsers are not compatible to launch the application Remote Client.
Click here to Login.
Step 2: Select Remote Client and then Install Drivers.
Step 3: Select the Scanner model you have.
Please note the two different Panini Drivers.
- Windows 10
- Windows 7
Step 4: Run the Install Shield Wizard
Check to ensure your scanner is still disconnected.
Run the installation wizard for both the Adapter and Driver all the way through until you receive “Finished” for both.
Please note the PaniniWindows10 driver can take a few extra minutes to pop up with a "Finished" status. It will run in the background until it's finished.
Step 5: Plug in the Scanner and then Select Remote Client.
You can plug in the scanner once you have completed the installations.
Step 6: Download the Remote Client
Select "Run" to begin the download.
RemitPlus will automatically open.
Step 7: Select the Scan button to test the connection.
Step 8: Check for Initialized status.
You are all set to Scan!
