How to Disable an Admin Account

Admins Management

Please note : Only Users with Management Admin access can disable Admin Accounts.

Hover over Management and then select Admins Management.

Enter the email address of the User Account you want to disable, then click Search.

Click the Pencil Icon to edit the Admin Registration.

Enter the reason you are removing the account in the Disable Account Comments field and then click Disable Account.
