What is File Manager ?
File Manager is the control center for downloading import (payment) files for clients.
You can access File Manager under the Management Tab.
File Manager is where ClickPay houses and catalogs the follow files:
- Rent Roll (most current and archived)
- Stop File (most current and archived)
- Daily payment files to be posted into your accounting software
How does File Manager work?
Step 1: To access File Manager, please hover over the management tab and click File Manager.
Step 2: Go the "main folder" at the top level of File Manager and click on it
Step 3: Double Click on both the ACH or Credit Card file and save the file to the designated folder of your choice. The blue (+) indicates the file has yet to be downloaded.
Step 4: Grab the downloaded files from the folder you saved them in and import them into your accounting software.
