How to Upload Files to ClickPay

In an effort to service you better, we have improved our workflow for receiving and handling your incoming data files. Accordingly, going forward, any file upload that you need to send to ClickPay should be categorized through our support portal at www.clickpay.com/requests or merely click on "I am a Property Manager" on www.clickpay.com and click the "Submit a ticket" button. See screenshot of our support portal below.

Categorizing your File Upload is as easy as choosing the appropriate category below:

• Rent Roll / Stop File / Bills File Upload

• Print Bills File Upload - file that is used to create the bills that are either printed/mailed or email
